Young Fathers' Network has been set up to support young men who are about to become or are already a dad. It is a unique project covering only the Northern Devon area.

The trained staff work alongside each individual Young Father or Father-to-be to look at if and how they can support them often putting them in touch with the right people.

You may need general advice about parenting or careers or you may need more support with your housing, parental responsibility, contact, health needs or guidance with CAF process.

Alongside support work YFN also offers a number of different groups for Young Fathers that will include some different activities as well as a chance to meet other people in a similar situation as you.

DadSpace
Starting on Tuesday 7th November we will be running our DadSpace programme at Georgie’s in Barnstaple from 5pm til 7pm. This is a chance for young Dads to meet and to take part in Film and Graffiti projects whilst developing their confidence as a father.

If you would like to take part in this, please call asap as places are filling fast.

Quadding
On 1st November 2011 we took four Young Dads the opportunity to go Quadding at North Devon Quads.A great time was had by all. Thanks to everyone involved:
